Subscriptions and billing
- Subscribed in the app (Apple). Your Kingdom Premium subscription is billed by Apple. To change or cancel it, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Canceling keeps premium active through the period you paid for.
- Subscribed on the web. Web subscriptions are billed by Stripe. Email us from your account email and we will send you a secure link to manage or cancel it.
- Refunds. Apple handles refunds for in-app purchases at reportaproblem.apple.com. For web subscriptions, email us and we will make it right.
Your account and data
- Delete your account. In the app, open Settings and choose delete account. This permanently removes your data from our servers. You can also request deletion by email.
